The villa has a beautifully arranged historic common space.

The large dining room with full equipment can accommodate 20 people. Meals can be served at one shared table or several smaller ones. From the dining room, the exit leads directly to the large terrace, where you can also enjoy a meal, admiring the view of the Giewont peak. 

The music and coffee lounge is, in turn, an ideal place to drink coffee, read the newspaper or relax with your loved ones.

In the TV lounge, equipped with a 75-inch LCD TV, you can watch a match or a movie together while tasting exclusive drinks on a comfortable sofa. It is also a great place to hold presentations and business meetings.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, induction hob with a hood, two ovens, kitchen utensils) along with a set of plates, cutlery and glasses to use - depending on the rental option - by your cook or service provided by the villa.

On the lowest floor of the residence there is a fitness room and a modern laundry room. On the other hand, in the basement, accessible from the outside of the building, there is a special room for storing sports equipment such as skis or bicycles.

High-speed wired and wireless Internet is available on the whole property.
